Shipping policy

UK shipping:

All UK parcels are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class unless you have upgraded to 1st class at the checkout.

Standard 2nd class: £3.30 (or free on UK orders £25 and over)

Orders should take between 2-5 working days to arrive after dispatch. Please allow up to 3 days before dispatch for us to process your order as some products are made to ship. 

International shipping:

International orders take 2-6 weeks to arrive but please allow longer during busy periods such as Christmas and order in a good amount of time to account for this. International shipping costs £9.

All international orders are shipped via International Standard Economy in order to keep posted costs as low as possible for our international customers. This service does not include tracking and we cannot be held responsible if your order is lost during the shipping process. We have however never received any complaints as of yet.

We also cannot be held responsible if you incur any customs or tax fees due to purchasing from an international store, this is a risk you take as the customer and are therefore responsible to cover those potential fees.

Please bear in mind due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, the postal system may experience delays due to reduced staff levels are an increased number of people shopping online to avoid the high streets so your order may take a little longer than expected.
